Industrial Cleaning Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a tidy and sanitary environment.
- Perform floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.
- Engage in industrial cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Carry out custodial duties in facilities maintenance including restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
- Execute commercial cleaning tasks for offices or retail spaces to meet client expectations.
- Assist with porter duties, ensuring the upkeep of outdoor areas and entrances.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cleaning roles such as custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Knowledge of residential painting techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning tasks safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
