Certified Medical Assistant - Dermatology

Mohs Surgery & Dermatology Center is a leading Illinois dermatology practice providing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services, including Mohs micrographic surgery. We are committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, professional environment.

The Certified Medical Assistant supports dermatology providers by assisting with patient care, procedures, and daily clinical operations. Dermatology experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.

- Assist providers with exams and dermatologic procedures

- Room patients, take vitals, and document medical histories

- Prepare patients for dermatologic and Mohs surgical procedures

- Assist with biopsies, excisions, and in-office treatments

- Provide patient education and post-procedure instructions

- Maintain accurate medical records and stocked exam rooms

- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)

- Dermatology experience preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills
