AC Moate Industries, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our Business Apprenticeship Program. This is an entry-level opportunity designed to provide hands-on experience across multiple departments while helping you learn how the business operates from the ground up. The program is ideal for those looking to gain real-world business experience and identify long-term growth opportunities within the company.

What Youll Do:

• Support daily operations, dispatch, and project management
• Work closely with leadership and operations teams
• Assist with crew coordination and general business functions
• Gain exposure to multiple departments to develop a well-rounded skill set

What Were Looking For:

• Is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, and Excel)
• Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Can multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision
  
• Has a positive, proactive attitude and is willing to jump in wherever needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in high-quality work

Schedule:

• Early start times (56 AM)
• Summer hours range from 5060 hours per week

Pay:

• $20$25 per hour, based on experience
