Our partner in Auburn is searching for Certified Pharmacy Techs or those with pharmacy or medical experience to work in a role that will assist their Prior Authorization Team. Job Description:
- Perform administrative work including data entry, reviewing prior authorization requests from doctors and calling doctors' offices when additional information is needed.
- Enter data into company software.
- Speak with doctors and pharmacies via phone.
- CPhT license a plus!
- Pharmacy experience a plus!
- Medical experience required.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills needed.
- Strong communication skills a must.
