This is a full-time, on-site role located in Columbia, TN, for a Business Development Account Representative. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing transportation and logistics solutions tailored to customer needs. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, managing sales pipelines, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting company business growth objectives.
- Strong sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Experience with logistics, supply chain management, or transportation services is preferred.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to conduct market research and develop customized solutions that align with client needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
