Responsibilities

  • Partner with a Senior Sales Representative to manage and grow an assigned territory, supporting the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and identifying new business opportunities within your territory
  • Leverage CRM tools like Salesforce to log activity, track opportunities, and maintain accurate forecasting
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and onsite customer visits to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your network and generate new leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams during occasional in-person meetings to align on strategy, share market insights, and drive revenue goals

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of training from a structured sales program or related experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems like Salesforce
  • High energy, ambition, self-awareness, and a teachable attitude
  • Ability to travel frequently for onsite customer meetings
