About the Role:
As a Business Litigation Paralegal, you will work closely with attorneys and litigation support teams to manage all phases of litigation, including document review, e-discovery, trial preparation, deposition support, and case organization.
This role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, technical proficiency with litigation technology, and the ability to proactively manage multiple deadlines within a fast-paced environment. You will play an integral role in ensuring litigation matters are handled efficiently and effectively while supporting attorneys in delivering outstanding client service.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, technologically proficient, and experienced in complex litigation support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize litigation case files, document productions, and e-discovery workflows
- Draft correspondence, legal documents, privilege logs, and litigation support materials
- Conduct legal research, document analysis, and investigative support for litigation matters
- Support attorneys with depositions, hearings, motions, and trial preparation
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage case logistics and deadlines
- Assist with trial exhibits, witness binders, electronic presentations, and courtroom preparation
- Maintain litigation databases and ensure accuracy of case-related documentation
- Monitor deadlines, court filings, and case schedules to support efficient case management
- Provide proactive support on complex business litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal or related experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate required
- Strong experience supporting complex business litigation matters
- Experience with e-discovery platforms, document review tools, and litigation databases
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support technologies
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within litigation teams
- Strong problem-solving and proactive case management abilities
