Job SummaryWe are looking for a
friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and supporting our medical staff with administrative needs.

Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Collect and verify insurance information and patient demographics
- Maintain and organize patient records and documentation
- Process payments and co-pays
Support clinical staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school xhyhwjd diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a medical or healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
