Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Job description:

Physicians' Office - Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Referral Coordinator to support providers with obtaining patient referrals.

Responsibilities include:

• Working closely with providers, nurses, and patient/families to complete referrals.
• Contacting other physicians' offices and facilities regarding referrals
• Processing patient referrals using EHR and insurance portal
