We are looking for a skilled mid-level, advanced, or master technician who can work independently, efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and complex mechanical repairs on domestic and import vehicles.
• Work on a wide range of vehicles, including vintage, classic, and modern models.
• Diagnose mechanical issues accurately and complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards within a flag-hour compensation structure.
• Minimize comebacks by ensuring repairs are completed correctly the first time.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Work collaboratively with management and fellow team members.
