Business Systems Analyst

Process Improvement, Data Analysis & Business Technology Solutions

Location: Santa Ana, CA (100% Onsite)

Type: 3-Month Contract

CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help improve business processes, analyze data, and support technology initiatives. This role works closely with business and technical teams to identify challenges, gather requirements, and implement solutions that improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business and system requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Create process maps, workflows, and business documentation.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and business initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirements discussions.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
  • Develop training materials and operational documentation.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement efforts.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and process improvement.
  • Ability to analyze business and operational data and provide recommendations.
  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile, or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Experience supporting testing, implementation, and business readiness activities.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
