We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise systems and business operations for a leading power generation organization.

Key Responsibilities:

? Requirements gathering and documentation

? As-Is / To-Be process analysis

? Gap analysis and process improvement

? Power BI reporting and dashboard support

? System implementation and application support

? UAT, test case development, and stakeholder collaboration

Requirements:

? 2+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience

? Power BI experience

? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

? Experience with business process analysis and system implementations

? Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• ? Utility, energy, power generation, or renewable energy experience
