Shift: 1st Shift – Mon to Fri (Off Shift and Travel required)

Position Description:
Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician II supporting diverse clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. This contract-to-hire role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced HVAC professionals to showcase their skills across various systems, including chillers, boilers, controls, and refrigeration equipment.
The position involves travel within the greater Cincinnati area and beyond, with potential for several weeks of travel up to 50%.
Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, monitoring system operation, and ensuring timely repairs to maximize equipment efficiency.
Successful candidates will maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to safety standards while supporting occupant satisfaction and operational excellence. Travel is required; on-site work environment.
Top Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years HVAC experience in commercial or industrial settings
• High School Diploma or GED; formal HVAC training/certifications required
• Valid driver's license and applicable HVAC certifications/licenses (e.g., EPA Type II or III, HVAC tech license)
