Job Description Job Description Position Title: HVAC Tech II Location: Cincinnati, OH Clearance Requirements: None Shift: 1st Shift - Mon to Fri (Off Shift and Travel required) Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience Employment: Contract to Hire Position Description: Join a dynamic team as an HVAC Technician II supporting diverse clients in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems in a professional, safe, and efficient manner. This contract-to-hire role offers an exciting opportunity for experienced HVAC professionals to showcase their skills across various systems, including chillers, boilers, controls, and refrigeration equipment. The position involves travel within the greater Cincinnati area and beyond, with potential for several weeks of travel up to 50%. Responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, monitoring system operation, and ensuring timely repairs to maximize equipment efficiency. Successful candidates will maintain comprehensive documentation and adhere to safety standards while supporting occupant satisfaction and operational excellence. Travel is required; on-site work environment.
