Sr. Operations Analyst

Location: Indianapolis- Hybrid

W2 only

This Sr. Operations Analyst role is heavily focused on operations systems administration, process improvement, and access/governance management in a regulated environment.

Must-have technical skills

• Smartsheet administration (sheets, reports, dashboards, automation)
• Power Apps development
• Power Automate workflow creation
• SharePoint administration and governance
• Power BI reporting and dashboards
• User provisioning and access management
• Group administration (MyAccess, Beeline, similar systems)

Operations & Process Skills

• Process design and optimization
• SOP and job aid creation
• Intake form development
• Workflow migration and implementation
• Operational analysis and reporting
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Security and compliance adherence

Key Responsibilities

• Migrate existing spreadsheet-based processes into Smartsheet.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated workflows.
• Manage user onboarding/offboarding and access permissions.
• Administer SharePoint and time-tracking systems.
• Create operational documentation and training materials.
• Improve collaboration processes with external vendors and partners.
• Analyze operational performance and recommend improvements.
• Ensure governance, security controls, and compliance requirements are met.
