The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN to hire an experienced and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA).

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated outpatient care team committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused healthcare.

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift | 8-Hour Shifts

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Room patients and prepare them for provider visits
  
• Obtain and document vital signs and medical histories
  
• Assist providers during examinations and minor procedures
  
• Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR)
  
• Perform clinical and administrative duties that support daily clinic operations
  
• Deliver a positive, efficient patient experience
  
• Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety standards
  

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
  
• Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred
  
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices
  
• Experience with EHR systems and medical documentation
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
