Human Resources Business Partner - Restaurant Franchise Group - Base Salary to 120k/year - Atlanta, GA
Our client, a growing multi-location restaurant franchise organization, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support field operations and leadership teams across the business. This role will partner closely with operations leadership to drive employee relations, HR process development, compliance initiatives, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting multi-location operations in a high-volume environment such as restaurants, retail, hospitality, or other distributed workforce settings.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic HR partner to operations leadership and management teams across multiple locations
Support the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, engagement, retention, workforce planning, and career development
Conduct employee relations investigations related to policy violations, workplace concerns, and employee complaints while ensuring consistency, documentation, and compliance with applicable laws
Provide guidance to managers regarding disciplinary actions, coaching conversations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement processes
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR processes, policies, and best practices that support business growth and operational consistency
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies across multiple locations
Support organizational initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, retention, and workforce planning
Analyze HR metrics, trends, and reports to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans
Assist with HR programs including open enrollment, benefits administration, performance review cycles, engagement surveys, and compensation planning
Develop and deliver HR-related training for managers and employees
Audit HR practices and procedures to ensure consistency and identify process improvement opportunities
Partner with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives
Support change management initiatives related to company growth and operational expansion
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent HR experience will also be considered
5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in an HR Business Partner, Employee Relations, Talent Management, or similar HR leadership role
