Onsite San Jose CA Job Duties

Review timesheets and timesheet adjustments for the upcoming pay period.

Enter transactions and correct data errors in the Infor Payroll system.

Process garnishment, stipend, and union dues.

Assist in the formatting of the bank ACH file using Infor MHC.

Respond to payroll questions from Valley Water staff.

Perform filing and archiving of payroll backup documentation

Required:

• Excel proficiency
• Computer proficiency
• Dedicated, persistent and detail-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Willingness to learn

Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical Screenings (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
