What You'll Get
- $36-$56/hour (flat rate based on experience)

- 50 flagged hours/week expected (team averaging 100)
- Consistent workflow ( 36 cars/week, $1,100 ARO)

- Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends)

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
- Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
- Handle steering, suspension, and timing chain work
- Execute accurate diagnostics and repairs
- Communicate clearly with team and service advisors
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of automotive repair experience
- 5+ years working on Asian vehicles
- Tesla experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable in a high-performance shop environment
- Solid computer skills
