Position Overview:

As the Finance Manager at Palm Springs Kia, you will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of automotive financing, managing relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in finance and a passion for the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financing process for automotive sales, including reviewing credit applications, securing financing approvals, and ensuring accurate and timely completion of all paperwork.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Work closely with the sales team to structure deals that meet both customer needs and dealership goals.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations in the finance and automotive industries.
• Provide financial guidance to customers, explaining financing options, terms, and conditions.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of finance and leasing options in the automotive sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
