• Provide meticulous, top-to-bottom cleaning in high-end residential homes
• Maintain flawless presentation of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces
• Perform detailed tasks such as baseboards, fixtures, high-touch surfaces, and specialty materials
• Care for delicate surfaces (stone, wood, stainless steel, glass, etc.) with proper techniques
• Organize and maintain household spaces to a high standard
• Follow customized cleaning plans based on client preferences
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members
• Maintain discretion and respect for clients’ privacy at all times

• Proven experience in residential or luxury housekeeping preferred but not required
• Exceptional attention to detail — noticing what others miss
