Join our client’s growing Finance & Accounting team and take the lead in managing complex vendor rebate programs that directly impact financial performance and strategic decision‑making within a large company. • Leading and mentoring a team of talented accountants.
• Overseeing large‑scale rebate and margin reporting processes.
• Partnering with senior leadership, including the CFO, to provide insights that guide key business decisions.
• Driving improvements in reporting, automation, and data analysis.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally to strengthen financial oversight and support growth.

• A strong accounting foundation with 6+ years of progressive experience within a large company.
• Proven leadership experience with at least 2+ years managing staff.
• An analytical mindset to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a CPA preferred.
• Skilled in vendor rebates, contract accounting, or cost accounting.
• Highly skilled in Excel.
• Superb attention to detail and organization.
