Life Sciences Patent Litigation Associate
Overview
Our client, a major international firm, is seeking a life sciences patent litigation associate with 2-7 years of experience for its premier life sciences litigation practice. The salary for this position is between $235k to $435k.
Responsibilities- Draft briefs and engage in all phases of fact and expert discovery.
- Contribute to life sciences patent litigation matters under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement case strategy.
- 2-7 years of life science patent litigation experience.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Technical degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or related fields preferred.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Admission to the state bar of practice.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
