VP of Sales Industrial Services – East

HPC Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is searching for a VP of Sales Industrial Services – East. The VP will lead sales efforts across the US Industrial Services – East business, develop and implement strategies that drive revenue growth, and coordinate with the Clean Harbors Corporate Sales organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team across the US Industrial Services – East region.
  • Set and manage strategic direction, sales targets, and territory plans in collaboration with the SVP of Operations.
  • Develop and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for individual salespeople and the overall organization.
  • Expand the customer base by developing new customers and pursuing new market opportunities.
  • Implement corporate programs, new strategic initiatives, and industry best practices to promote revenue and margin growth.
  • Evaluate market competitiveness of the Industrial Services line of business and define improvement initiatives such as pricing or service enhancements.
  • Participate in strategic sales meetings with key customer decision makers across the US Industrial Services – East.
  • Uphold and model Clean Harbors corporate values; collaborate closely with corporate and regional teams to establish support, channel, and partner programs.
  • Recruit, coach, and retain direct reports, hold weekly performance management meetings, and use Salesforce tools to monitor progress.
  • Travel up to 75% across the Eastern United States as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience in an industrial services business.
  • Strong analytical skills for sophisticated numerical analysis to drive decision making.
  • Proven industry knowledge, selling, negotiation, and relationship‑building expertise.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and responsiveness to employee needs.
  • Proven ability to coach direct reports to achieve exceptional results.
