Litigation Attorney
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our legal team in Miami with pay starting around 130K. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all aspects of litigation and will be responsible for representing our clients in civil lawsuits.
Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions
• Represent clients in court hearings and trials
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
• Provide legal advice to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the state
• Proven experience in litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
