Accounting Operations Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 18.00 to $ 20.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Verifying transactions/balances are properly classified within the general ledger
• Matching transactions & balances between ledger & other financial data sources
• Research & resolve discrepancies found during reconciliation process
• Performing duties in accordance with standard accounting procedures and company policy
• Clear communication with others about concerns, issues or to get needed info

Accounting Operations Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent required, accounting/bookkeeping schooling preferred
• Resume showing consistent work history and accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Excellent math skills, attention to detail, & ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of accounting/bookkeeping concepts & procedures
• Willingness to work in team environment & flexible to help in other areas if needed

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
