Pre Litigation PI Attorney

Pay Range: $120K - $150K+ (based on experience)

Pre Litigation Role:

• Attorney preferred but someone with a lot of personal injury medical work up, negotiating experience, and experience managing the department will be considered.
• Role is to manage a group of case managers and the proper medical work up of high volume of personal injury cases.
• Negotiate pre litigation settlements.
• Must have good knowledge of the personal injury field, medical treatment and work up of personal injury accident cases.

Skills:

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Exceptional organizational skills, including time management
• Strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to type 60 wpm.
