Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over twenty-five years’ experience in land development, with strong technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively on a wide range of projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop site plan concepts and specifications

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

• Review drawings and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards

• Conduct site visits and provide construction administration support

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution

• Professional licensure or registration preferred but not required

• Minimum 25+ years of relevant professional experience

• Proficiency in industry software

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
