Accounting Manager

We are seeking an experienced Controller to oversee financial operations within a manufacturing environment. This role partners closely with plant leadership to drive profitability, manage cost accounting, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide financial analysis that improves operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities
• Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Monitor manufacturing KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Support month-end close, audits, and internal controls
• Partner with operations leadership to improve plant performance
• Supervise accounting staff and provide financial guidance to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience in manufacturing
• Strong background in cost accounting, inventory management, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
