We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, and contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers in person, over the phone, and via email in a friendly and professional manner
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status
  • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Communicate with service technicians and sales staff to provide customers with timely updates
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history using dealership software
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining the front desk area
  • Promote dealership services and products when appropriate

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior customer service experience (automotive or dealership experience a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous call center experience
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
  • Comfortable working with computers, scheduling tools, and CRM systems
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
