• Verifying patient insurance information with accuracy and efficiency.
• Inputting data into our system with attention to detail.
• Delivering excellent customer service to patients and team members alike.
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We’re seeking candidates who bring the following skills and qualifications to the table:

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a medical assistant role or a related field.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in a second language is preferred to better assist our diverse patient base.
• Customer Service Excellence: A friendly, professional demeanor and a commitment to patient satisfaction.
• Multitasking Ability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with ease.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy in verifying insurance and data entry is a must.
