Summary:

Fulfill an analyst's role in strategic planning and business administration & analysis functions to the assigned Divisions and III's executive team.

Key Responsibility areas:
  • Strategic Partnership & Liaison
    Collaborate closely with assigned divisions and subsidiaries. Regularly attend board meetings, conduct site visits, and act as a liaison between corporate, divisions, and subsidiaries.
  • Performance Monitoring & Strategy Support
    Assist the Head of BP&A in developing and tracking operational and financial KPIs. Support mission-driven strategies and business initiatives across subsidiaries.
  • Industry & Economic Analysis
    Conduct in-depth industry and economic research. Build institutional knowledge to support the Center of Excellence and deliver timely, relevant insights to internal stakeholders, including the III executive team.
  • Due Diligence Support

Actively cultivate DD consultant networks. Comprehend DD requirements with a risk-based approach. Assist subsidiaries to project manage DD or lend support in DD of specific functions to assigned IC projects. Bridge DD review into preliminary PMI planning.

  • Post-Merger Integration (PMI) Oversight
    Help maintain III's master PMI playbook, ensuring it reflects evolving best practices. Provide on-site support for subsidiary PMI projects, tailoring activities to specific project or industry needs.
  • Board Meeting Effectiveness & Strategic Tracking
    Collaborate with the Head of BP&A to enhance board meeting effectiveness and monitor progress on subsidiaries' strategic and mission-driven initiatives.
  • Governance & Compliance
    Work with Corporate Planning to advise divisions and subsidiaries on III's and subsidiaries' Rules of Management Authority and Responsibility (RMAR), and ensure compliance to the rules.
  • Ad Hoc Projects
    Support special projects as assigned by the Head of BP&A and the III executive team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior consulting or advisory experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Bloomberg, IBIS, and data-driven applications such as Power BI, Tableau, Datarail, etc., is essential.
