Your Role & Impact

• Assessment: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding evaluations to identify a child's unique strengths and needs.
• Individualized Care: Create and implement creative, play-based treatment plans that make therapy the highlight of a child's day.
• Feeding & Communication: Address a diverse range of needs, from articulation and expressive language to complex feeding challenges.
• Family Partnership: Coach caregivers on how to integrate speech and language goals into their daily routines, ensuring progress continues long after you leave.
• Documentation: Maintain clear, concise, and timely clinical notes to track every milestone.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensure: Active Maryland State License in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certification: CCC-SLP preferred; however, exceptional Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered based on supervision availability.
• Clinical Passion: Experience in pediatrics is preferred, particularly with early intervention or school-aged populations.
• Soft Skills: A collaborative spirit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt your clinical "toolkit" to the home environment.
