Join a Growing Team Making a Difference in the Lives of Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families
Loudoun Psychological Services (LPS) is a well-established, rapidly growing behavioral health practice serving Northern Virginia with offices in Sterling and Leesburg. We are seeking licensed clinicians and residents eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as psychologists licensed through PSYPACT, to join our team as independent contractors.
We are particularly seeking clinicians with experience and passion for working with children, adolescents, and their families. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who have training and experience providing therapy services to youth and family populations. Opportunities are also available to work with adults and other specialty populations based on your interests and expertise.
This is a flexible hybrid opportunity, allowing clinicians to provide services both in-person and via telehealth, based on client preferences and clinician availability. Whether you are building a caseload or seeking to expand an existing practice, LPS offers the flexibility and resources to help you succeed.
LPS is a trauma-informed practice that accepts most major commercial insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. We proudly serve clients of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Our mission is to provide outstanding care to our community while supporting the professional growth and success of our clinicians.
