Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic new business growth across targeted commercial and industrial sectors
- Identify, pursue, and close high-value janitorial and industrial service contracts
- Lead client discovery, site evaluations, proposal development, and contract negotiations
- Maintain full ownership of the sales lifecycle from prospecting through close
- Partner with operations and leadership to ensure successful execution and retention
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives
- 5+ years of B2B business development or sales experience
- Demonstrated success closing recurring-service contracts (janitorial/industrial preferred)
- Familiarity with property management and sourcing
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage decision-makers
- Proven negotiation and contract management capabilities
- Highly self-directed with strong pipeline and territory management skills
- CRM proficiency required
