Our partner is seeking a Business Development Manager to help drive growth across commercial landscape construction projects throughout the Jacksonville market and surrounding areas. This role is focused on building relationships with general contractors, developers, and industry partners to position the company for upcoming landscape, hardscape, and irrigation opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and key industry contacts
  • Identify upcoming commercial construction projects early in the preconstruction phase
  • Help position the company to secure landscape, hardscape, irrigation, and related site construction scopes
  • Partner closely with estimating and operations teams throughout the bidding process
  • Track opportunities from initial pursuit through project award
  • Support repeat business and long-term partnerships through strong client relationships


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction business development, sales, or related construction industry roles
  • Understanding of construction bidding, estimating, and preconstruction processes
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with GCs and developers
  • Jacksonville market experience preferred
  • Experience with landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, site development, or related trades is a plus
