Role Responsibilities:

  • Secure competitive financing by working directly with lenders and confidently presenting loan and lease options while strengthening key lender relationships
  • Drive F&I revenue by presenting and selling extended service contracts, GAP, and protection products that create long‑term customer value
  • Ensure flawless funding and compliance with all local, state, federal, and lender requirements
  • Partner with the sales team to deliver a fast, seamless deal‑to‑funding process
  • Deliver a customer‑first experience while consistently meeting and exceeding performance goals

Employee Prerequisites:

  • Ability to ramp up fast and win through a streamlined onboarding and training process
  • 2+ years automotive sales and 1+ year F&I experience (earning potential based on experience)
  • Flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and customers, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong communicator who can clearly explain financial options and build customer confidence
  • Self‑motivated, proactive team player with a result-driven mindset
  • Detail‑oriented professional able to accurately complete financial documents while working effectively with customers, lenders, and dealership teams
