This is a Remote Position. The role requires approximately 50-75% travel, which may include occasional visits to Oilgear facilities, customer locations, or other sites to support business needs such as training, meetings, technical collaboration, onboarding, or other operational requirements. Travel schedules will vary based on customer demand and business needs.

Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Oilgear’s presence in the natural gas, nuclear, and oil and gas production markets. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong customer relationships, understanding market trends, driving new product development, and aligning customer needs with the company’s current and future products and services. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, results-driven, highly motivated, and skilled in both strategic planning and execution.
