We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead brand growth and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer with law firm or personal injury marketing experience who understands ethical advertising and lead generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies focused on lead generation and brand visibility
• Manage digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, website, and social media)
• Oversee content, messaging, and advertising compliance
• Track performance metrics and report ROI
• Collaborate with attorneys and intake teams to support firm growth

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing experience (law firm or personal injury preferred)
• Strong knowledge of legal advertising rules
• Experience with SEO, Google Ads, and social platforms
• Excellent communication and project management skills
