Title: Senior Director, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Location: Dallas, TX

Compensation: 250k Base

We are partnering with a leading organization to identify a Senior Director of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to drive end-to-end planning transformation and elevate cross-functional alignment across the supply chain. This is a high-visibility leadership role with direct impact on executive decision-making, financial performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of a best-in-class Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process across demand, supply, and financial planning
• Drive monthly IBP cycles, including executive S&OP/IBP meetings, ensuring alignment across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement
• Partner with senior leadership to translate business strategy into actionable supply chain and planning initiatives
• Establish and track key KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service levels, etc.) to improve performance and accountability
• Lead scenario planning, risk mitigation, and long-range capacity planning activities
• Develop and mentor a high-performing planning organization while fostering a data-driven, collaborative culture
• Champion digital transformation initiatives, including planning tools (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, etc.) and advanced analytics capabilities

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with deep expertise in IBP / S&OP leadership
• Proven track record of standing up or transforming IBP processes in complex, global organizations
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders
• Experience managing large, cross-functional teams and influencing without authority
• Background in industries such as manufacturing, industrials, consumer goods, or related sectors preferred
• Experience with modern planning systems (SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, etc.)
