Temporary Industrial Cleaning Technicians (High-Bay Cleaning Project)
Pay: $26/hour
Location: Oshkosh, WI

We are currently hiring 4 temporary team members for a large-scale industrial cleaning project inside a manufacturing facility in Oshkosh. This is a short-term opportunity with competitive pay for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and ready to work.
Job Overview
This role involves cleaning overhead structures in an active industrial environment, including ceilings, beams, ductwork, and wall areas at heights ranging from 18 to 33 feet. Work will be performed using lifts, extension tools, and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-bay cleaning of ceilings, rafters, beams, and ductwork
• Operate or assist with aerial lifts (training provided if needed)
• Use industrial vacuums, brushes, and extension poles to remove dust and debris
• Work safely in elevated and warm environments
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site protocols
• Assist with setup, cleanup, and equipment handling

Requirements

• Must be reliable and show up on time
• Comfortable working at heights (up to 30+ feet)
• Able to perform physical labor for 10-hour shifts
• Willing to work in warm/hot conditions
• Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
• Construction, warehouse, or labor experience preferred (but not required)
