Finance Manager

Our client seeks a Finance Manager to lead several key financial areas.

This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity where you will earn up to $129,000, based on your experience, plus bonus. You will work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm in the office with future hybrid potential

Some of your responsibilities as a Finance Manager include:

• Owning the pricing controls
• Reviewing/approving commissions
• Oversight of cash application team
• Coordinating funds with the Treasury group
• New business funding
• Assisting in preparing financial statements
• Assisting with managing the budgeting process
• Adhering to compliance/policies and procedures
• Continuous improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

To qualify for the Financial Manager position, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance
• CPA a plus
• Ability to lead and develop a team
• Leasing and finance industry experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
