Position Overview:
Perfect for a professional B2B salesperson who has built solid sales skills and is looking for an opportunity to earn high income in an excellent life balance start-up environment. Strong base salary with attractive high potential sales commission program. This is a proven and successful role at Summit, in an open territory of Hospitals/Acute Care Facilities, Outpatient Clinics, Home Health Companies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Private Practices, and Behavioral Health Facilities
Key Responsibilities:
Meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
Full cycle selling includes prospect and make outbound calls/emails to business leads and qualified companies, CRM management, monthly quota forecast
Prioritize best customer targets by geography, health care setting, and size.
Deliver established daily sales activity
Understand our products and effectively sell customer benefits and value to businesses.
Help refine and innovate Summit product offerings vs. competition based on feedback from sales conversations.
Effectively leverage CRM tool to track and optimize sales outcomes.
Execute administrative tasks related to B2B sales.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven ability to drive the B2B solution sales process from plan to close.
Excellent written and oral communication skills – ability to clearly and concisely understand customer needs and communicate benefits and value.
Perseverance, self-starter – ability to self-motivate to overcome obstacles over time and deliver success.
Qualifications:
5+ years of B2B sales experience with proven track record of success, including cold calling.
Comfort with technology and CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Experience healthcare solution selling
Physical and/or Occupational Therapists preferred
