What You'll Do as a Cleaner/Janitorial Staff:

• Worki on-site at a premier, fast-paced manufacturing facility: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall presentation of our facility to ensure a safe and productive environment for the entire team.
• Facility Sanitation: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize common areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and main walkways.
• Waste Management: Empty trash receptacles, replace liners, and ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclable materials.
• Surface Maintenance: Dust and wipe down fixtures, countertops, windows, and frequently touched surfaces across the facility.
• Inventory Control: Monitor cleaning supply levels and notify the supervisor when materials need to be restocked.
• Safety Adherence: Follow all company safety standards, including the proper handling and dilution of cleaning chemicals.

Skills and Experience
What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Previous industrial cleaning, janitorial, or custodial experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
