Assist with day to day activities within the Finance Department assigned. Assist the Accounting and General Ledger departments with journal entries and research related to the Mortgage Company and other related tasks. Prepare various monthly reconciliations. Sort and file reconciliations. Run and process department reports. Answer phones. File necessary paperwork. Assist with coordinating events and completing office errands as needed. Other duties as assigned. Physical Requirements: Standing, reaching, and/or stooping to file/retrieve contract folders. Operation of office machinery. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. At least 18 years of age. Currently enrolled in a College/University degree program, preferably in the field of Finance or Accounting. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication skills. Detail oriented and ability to multi-task. Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
