Job Description

This individual will be responsible for designing and maintaining reporting solutions, developing scalable data models, automating data workflows, and partnering directly with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
Collaborate with business, analytics, and engineering teams
Document processes, data models, and reporting standards

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with Power BI dashboard and report development
Advanced SQL Server and T-SQL skills
Experience building and optimizing data models
Hands-on ETL development experience
Experience working within Databricks environments
Strong data visualization and business intelligence background
Experience analyzing large datasets and translating findings into business insights
Ability to gather requirements directly from stakeholders and deliver reporting solutions independently
Python experience preferred
Experience with Tableau is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred; equivalent practical experience accepted

Compensation

Pay Rate: Up to $56.34per hour
