At 4MP, we are building a new technological foundation for precision manufacturing.

Our platform enables CNC machines to self-measure, self-correct, and continuously improve — transforming conventional machine tools into autonomous precision systems.

4MP is backed by a prestigious institutional investor and is fully funded at the Seed stage. We are now moving from early technical development into structured company building, hiring, operations, communications, documentation, and execution.

We are establishing our first facility in the Allentown / Bethlehem area. This facility will become the center of 4MP's operations, demonstrations, R&D testing, technology validation, and company growth.

The Mission

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Business Operations, HR & Marketing Associate who can support the CEO and founding team across people, communication, documentation, administration, and early company operations.

This is not a narrow administrative role.

This is a flexible, high-trust role for someone who wants to grow with an ambitious technology startup and help build the internal systems, communication rhythms, and organizational foundation of the company.

The role will begin part-time, with the expectation that it may quickly evolve into a full-time position as the company grows.

Over time, this person may grow into a broader role in Marketing, HR, Business Operations, Executive Operations, or a combination of these areas depending on strengths, interests, and company needs.

What You Will Help Build

  • 4MP's early HR and people operations support systems
  • Recruiting coordination, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and onboarding support
  • Internal documentation, templates, trackers, and administrative workflows
  • Light marketing and communication support, including LinkedIn posts and company updates
  • Presentation materials for investors, partners, candidates, and internal meetings
  • Company documents, summaries, meeting notes, and executive follow-ups
  • Administrative support for the CEO and founding team
  • Office and facility coordination as 4MP establishes its first operational location
  • A professional, organized, and scalable operating foundation for future growth

Role Nature: Founding Business Support & Growth Role

This is a founding-stage support role combining hands-on execution with exposure to strategic company building.

You will work closely with the CEO and founding team on a wide range of activities across HR, recruiting, marketing, communications, documentation, presentations, administration, and company operations.

You will help bring structure to a fast-moving environment where many systems are being created for the first time.

You should be comfortable with variety. One day may involve helping coordinate interviews and onboarding documents. Another day may involve preparing a LinkedIn post, organizing presentation materials, updating a company tracker, supporting a facility-related task, or helping prepare a document for investors, advisors, or partners.

This role is ideal for someone who is smart, trustworthy, organized, professional, and excited to grow into a larger role over time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR and recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews, organizing candidate information, preparing offer-related materials, and assisting with onboarding
  • Help maintain organized company records, folders, templates, trackers, and documentation
  • Assist with light marketing tasks, including LinkedIn content, company announcements, candidate-facing materials, and basic communication updates
  • Support the CEO with presentations, documents, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and administrative execution
  • Help prepare polished materials for investors, advisors, partners, candidates, and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, logistics, notes, and action items where needed
  • Support early office and facility setup activities as the company grows in the Allentown / Bethlehem area
  • Help build repeatable processes for recruiting, onboarding, communication, documentation, and administration
  • Work across HR, marketing, operations, and executive support depending on company priorities
  • Bring organization, professionalism, discretion, and follow-through to a fast-moving startup environment
