Manufacturing Kitchen Prep

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Multiple Kitchen Prep Candidates on first and Second Shift in the York, ME area. The Manufacturing Kitchen Prep team member supports the Lead Cook by preparing ingredients, processing products, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. This role is essential to ensuring all recipes are followed accurately and production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist cooks with preparation, cooking, and processing according to company recipes and standards.
• Weigh and measure ingredients, open and transfer materials, and prepare raw components.
• Support cooks as needed to meet the daily production schedule.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
• Report any issues or concerns to the appropriate manager.
• Follow all company policies related to safety, food quality, sanitation, GMPs, equipment, and maintenance.
• Cross-train on the manufacturing line and in the York warehouse as needed.
• Work overtime when required based on business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.

Other Information:

Kitchen Prep – $20/hr- $22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:30 AM–1:30 PM, 1PM- to 9:30PM
