Location: Nationwide & International Travel

This position offers extensive travel and the opportunity to work on advanced steam generators and thermal fluid heaters.

Join an established organization as a Field Service Engineer and play a critical role in supporting customers worldwide. This position offers extensive travel and the opportunity to work on advanced steam generators and thermal fluid heaters.
What You'll Do
- Perform start-up services for machinery (generators, heaters etc.) at customer sites across the U.S. and internationally.
- Troubleshoot electrical controls and circuits for customers and service technicians.
- Provide on-site field service and phone-based technical support.
- Conduct burner combustion and operational testing on production units before shipment.
- Prepare trip reports and maintain clear communication to resolve customer issues.
- Write technical documentation for electrical systems and operating instructions.
- Experience programming and troubleshooting PLCs and HMIs (RS Logix500 preferred).
- 3+ years working with PLC/HMI devices; Siemens and Allen Bradley experience is a plus.
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read electrical wiring and piping diagrams.
- Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Comfortable using hand tools, test meters, and combustion analyzers.
- U.S. work authorization required.
