- Use hand grinders, belt sanders, and finishing tools to smooth, clean up, and restore metal parts
- Inspect casted parts for surface flaws, excess material, or imperfections that need rework
- Measure parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to repair parts
- Training Schedule Day: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
- Training Schedule Swing: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm
- Graveyard: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30pm–6:00am
- Minimum 1 year experience required using angle, die, or dynabrade grinders or similar (manufacturing, construction, or autobody)
- Previous experience required using measuring tools like calipers, gauges, or reading a measuring tape
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions carefully
- Comfortable wearing a respirator
